Transit, Nov 13" exchange backstamp cds with matching red "4" cent credit handstamp, red Verviers-Coeln Franco (11.25) transit, F.-V.F. and scarce 1869 issue mixed-issue use paying the 19¢ rate via North German Union Closed Mail.
