Pierre, St. Thomas " forwarder's backstamp, carried outside the mails on the US Brazil Line North America departing St. Thomas Nov. 14th to New York arriving Nov. 20th, entered U.S. mails with 2¢ brown (113) tied by rosette cancel duplexed "New York City, Received, Nov 21" cds to local street address; some splitting along folds and wear, Very Fine and unusual forwarder's use; with 1996 P.F. certificate.
