    Official Seal, 1877, brown, affixed over top edge of unpaid yellow cover to Dixon, Illinois, "Chicago Ill. S.D. Sta., Feb 12" cds and "Returned for Postage" circular handstamp, blue crayon "3c" due rating and "1884" filing number; piece of seal missing on reverse, otherwise Very Fine and rare use of the first Official Seal.
