ART. 13" Anglo-French framed accountancy handstamp, vivid red strikes fill up the stamp, Extremely Fine and striking, this marking is rarely found canceling the stamp, ex-Stollnitz, Dr. Morris ; with 1974 and 1996 P.F. certificates.
