"1/-" prepaid 1s packet rating, Liverpool (4.27) transit backstamp and red "5 Cents" credit handstamp, carried by Cunard Line Niagara from Liverpool Apr. 27th to New York arriving May 9th, New York red "ADVERTISED 4 cts" straightline, returned to England with three-line "SENT BACK TO ENGLAND, WITHOUT A REASON, FOR NON-DELIVERY" three-line handstamp, Kenilworth backstamp; flap tear, Very Fine and scarce returned advertised use.

1853 (Sep. 14) Havana, Cuba to Cadiz, Spain via New York and London, blue folded letter sent care of New York forwarder with "Aguirre & Galwey, New York" oval backstamp, carried by steamship to New York with bold " Steamship 10 " circular handstamp, then forwarded with "New York '5' Oct 5" debit cds, carried as endorsed by Cunard Line Africa from New York Oct. 5th to Liverpool arriving Oct. 15th, red London (10.17) arrival backstamp and manuscript "1/-" one-shilling due rating, forwarder privately to Cadiz, Very Fine and scarce forwarded use.

'23' Sep 21" debit exchange cds tying Swart's City Dispatch Post, 1849-53, 1¢ pink (136L10) , four margins, additional cork cancel, carried by Cunard Asia from New York Sep. 21st to Liverpool arriving Oct. 2nd, red Aachen (10.4_ transit backstamp and blue ms. "38" rating, additional red crayon "38" restatement, 1853 receipt docketing; no bottom flap, otherwise Very Fine and rare Swarts Local post use to Austria.

"22" kreuzer due was restated, a Superb gem with crisp markings.

"22/2" and blue ms. "6½" rating, German (2.28.64) arrival backstamp, Very Fine and attractive Bremen mails use.
