    Treasury Dept., 1879, 10¢ brown, tied by cork cancellation on large-size Treasury Department Register's Office registered penalty envelope to Philadelphia Pa., purple "Registered, May 6 1881, Washington D.C." postmark and Philadelphia backstamp; small cover and stamp faults, Fine and rare, the penalty imprint covered the postage and the 10¢ paid the registry fee, ex-Turner .
