Nov 16" duplex to Lyons, Iowa; upper left corner tear and edge wear, no flap, still Very Fine and rare label, the only recorded example .

Please return stamp or stamps to the Society ." on cover bearing 1¢ ultramarine (145) , torn, and 2¢ red brown (146) tied by two partial strikes of "Providence R.I. Jan 1" duplex to Boston Mass., blue "Held for Postage" framed handstamp at lower left; light perf and label toning, reduced slightly at right with two edge tears, Fine and rare.
